Custom Stationery

We know that each wedding is unique and different for every bride and groom - so why shouldn't your stationery be the same? We will work together to create an invitation suite and matching day-of products that are uniquely and perfectly yours. 

Our custom wedding invitation suites have a design fee of $250 plus the cost of printing. We'll work with you to create wedding stationery that is perfect for you and your vision. 

STEP ONE | GET A QUOTE

To start your custom stationery design project, please complete the wedding stationery inquiry form. Don't worry nothing you send is set in stone, it just gives us an opportunity to chat more about your needs. Within 2 business days of receive your form, we'll send you a detailed quote. We'll work to make the perfect package for you and your budget. 

Once the project proposal is approved, secure your design time on our calendar with a 50% deposit and signing our design contract. We'll ask for all pertinent details and wording at this time. 


STEP TWO | DESIGN AND REFINEMENT

Once your deposit and signed contract are received, it's time to get to work! 

Within 1 week you’ll receive your first electronic proof. We strive to present 2-3 proof options for you to choose from. We will work together to refine the colors, fonts, and layout.  

Revisions will be made based upon the feedback you provide. There are three (3) rounds of proofs included, additional proofs are $15 each.  With each round of proofs you can suggest changes to revise and refine the designs, which will be incorporated into the next round of proofs.

Once all of your items are perfect, you will sign a final print approval, pay the remaining balance and we will move into printing.

STEP THREE | PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY

It’s time to get excited! Once we receive your final payment and print approval, we’ll move into the printing process. We can also assemble your invitations for an additional fee. Or, we can ship everything assembly-ready for you to put the finishing touches on your suite.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the printing and assembly process.

STEP FOUR | DELIVERY

Now the real fun begins! All items will be delivered prior to the agreed upon mailing date. You may want to consider return and guest address printing for your envelopes - the font can be matched to the rest of your suite to really tie your look together. 

If you have had us assemble the suites for you, all you’ll need to do is add stamps and you’re ready to pop the champagne!

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DESIGN PROCESS LOOK LIKE? 

Once we receive your deposit and signed design contract your design time is secured on our calendar. You will receive a document asking for necessary information we will need to complete your designs. One week after we receive this information back you'll receive your first round of electronic proofs. For this first proof we strive to send 2-3 design ideas for you to review and choose from.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

Each project is tailored to your vision, so therefore it is imperative that requested information and feedback are given in a timely manner. Estimated dates of completion will vary based on number of requested changes and your response time for feedback and approval of the designs. Typically follow up proofs are sent within 2-3 days after you provide feedback (this time may be longer on custom designs). 

CAN WE CHANGE FONTS?

As all of our designs and fonts have been created to create a balanced and unique feel, we generally do not offer font changes. In some limited situations, we can make a substitution - but only to fonts that do not form the basis of the design. Please send us an email before ordering so we can discuss the changes further.
