When will my order ship?

We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment receipt, but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing of non-personalized, in-stock items. 

All customized made to order products may take up to 14 business days for production and shipment once we receive your proof approval. If you're unsure if we can meet your deadline, contact us.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed. Most customized orders will be shipped directly from the vendor.

Once processed, packages will ship from our location or sent from our vendors, depending on the products ordered. Products are shipped using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note you may receive multiple packages depending on your order. 

You will receive an email from our shop when your package has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for transit times as this is the responsibility of the carrier.

Pink Poppy Party Shoppe's responsibility ends upon delivery of product to the carrier. In case of damage to your shipment, contact your carrier immediately in writing outlining loss and or damage. The shipping charge includes the price of shipping, delivery confirmation, and packaging. If you would like to add insurance to your order shipping USPS, please contact me for pricing. 

What happens if I refuse the delivery, or I am not home to accept the delivery?

All carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. Since we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be liable for the return shipping fees if you refuse delivery or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success. If the address is incorrect, there will be a $10 service fee imposed plus any reshipping fees. 

On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. If the package is shipped via USPS, the package is insured automatically for $100 or less. If your order totals more than $100, you will have the option to purchase additional insurance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we love our international customers! Please contact us for a shipping quote.

International shipping can take 2-4 weeks (and in some cases longer) for delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order to ensure there is enough time for delivery. If you're not sure, please contact me and I will help you determine how much time is typically needed for your location. Any additional tariffs, VATs, import fees, or similar, are the buyer's responsibility, upon the item's delivery.

For international buyers, please be advised once I mailed out the package, it is out of my control. I cannot be responsible for mail lost by the carrier or from a hold by customs. However, I will try my best to work with you to avoid this type of problem. Thank you so much for your understanding.

If you are ever worried that your order hasn't shipped, please just convo me and I'll let you know the status.

We typically can accommodate last minute requests. Please contact us with the specifics of your order and we will see if we can help. Rush fees and shipping upgrades may be imposed based on your needs and the production timeframes.
